Retail FAQ's
1. When can I place my order?
You can place your order for delivery or collection anytime but it must be placed before 3 pm the previous day.
2. When can I collect my order?
You can collect your order on Tuesdays 1pm - 6pm, Wednesday - Friday 11am - 6pm and Saturdays 9.30am - 1.30pm.
3. What days do you deliver?
We deliver on a Thursday and a Friday.
4. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within 35km of our Farm only.
5. When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered on the day selected between the hours of 11.30am - 7pm.
6. Is there a minimum spend for delivery?
Yes there is a minimum spend of €40 for delivery.
7. How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over €40 within the permitted delivery area.
8. Some of your products are not on the website, how can I order them?
It will take us some time to get all of our products on the online shop. Anything you wish to order you can contact us on our shop contact number.
Private Slaughtering Service FAQ’s
1. Do I need to pre book a slot?
Yes you will need to pre book a slot.
2. Can you process and package my animal to my own specifications?
Yes we can however details must be provided on the day the animal is off loaded at our premises.
