Burns Family Farm. From farm to fork since 1740.
For over 280 years the Burns family have farmed the land in north Sligo. For Eight generations they have been custodians of that land, farming in a sustainable manner, treating their animals humanely and with respect.
And it is this family tradition, expertise, values and passion for the land, and for the meat that they produce, that continues to this day.
A tradition, handed down from father to son, that can be traced from farm to fork to flavour.
